Total Lunar Eclipse on Winter Solstice day 21st December 2010 will be visible as a total lunar eclipse in some parts of world and penumbral / partial lunar eclipse in others. In Australia , the lunar eclipse will be in progress during Moon rise (after sunset on the 21st December). More of the eclipse will be seen Eastward. Towards west in Australia, the eclipse will be finished by the time the moon rises.

The total lunar eclipse of December 21 2010 will be visible over eastern Asia, Australasia, northwestern Europe and Africa, and the Americas. The Moon will be well within the Earth’s umbral shadow, in a total eclipse that will last over an hour.
The penumbral eclipse — the least exciting, and hardest to see part — will begin at 05:27:43 UT and end at 11:06:04 UT. It will be visible from northwestern Europe, Africa and south America when it begins around Moonset; north America and the Pacific; and eastern Asia and Australasia when it ends at around Moonrise.
The partial eclipse will begin at 06:32:17 UT and end 3½ hours later at 10:01:39 UT, and will be visible from a slightly smaller area. The total eclipse lasts for over one hour; it begins at 07:40:21 UT and ends at 08:53:34 UT, with the moment of greatest eclipse at 08:16:56 UT. It is visible over Britain and northwest Europe at Moonset (dawn); the Pacific and the Americas; and northeast Asia around Moonrise (Sunset).

Partial Lunar Eclipse on June 26 2010 is a Lunar eclipse seen in Fiji, Thailand, Indonesia,New Zealand, Papua New Guinea, Australia, Japan, Philippines. A large portion of western North and South America will be able to see the beginning stages of the partial lunar eclipse. Parts of the southeastern United States will even be able to witness the eclipse. From Georgia following a slanted line north to Minnesota and regions west will all be within the viewing area. Western Brazil, western Venezuela, and South American countries west of these locations will also see the beginning of the eclipse.On the west coast of the United States, the umbral eclipse begins at 3:16 a.m. PDT, the point of deepest eclipse occurs at 4:38 a.m. PDT, and the eclipse ends at 6:00 a.m. PDT. For these observers, the moon will set before the entirety of the eclipse has occurred.
This lunar eclipse and the solar eclipse on July 11 both fall along Gemini-Sagittarius axis and hence those with Gemini, sagittarius zodiac signs are advised to consult or astrological advice.
